Return Policy

At Black Cloud Nursing, all items are made to order. Because of this, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations for reasons such as incorrect size selection, change of mind, or ordering errors.

We will only accept returns or replacements if:

• The item arrives damaged
• The wrong item was sent
• There is a manufacturing or printing defect

If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

• Your order number
• A description of the issue
• Clear photos of the item and packaging

Once reviewed, we will determine whether a replacement or refund is appropriate.

Items that have been worn, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery are not eligible for return or replacement.
