Order Cancellation Policy

Order Cancellation Window
Orders may be canceled within 2 hours of purchase. After this window, orders are automatically sent to production and can no longer be canceled.

Processing & Production
Once an order enters production, it cannot be modified or canceled. This includes changes to:

  • Size

  • Color

  • Shipping address

  • Item selection

Limited Drops & Preorders
All sales for limited releases and preorder items are final. These orders cannot be canceled once placed due to the made-to-order nature of our products.

How to Request a Cancellation
To request a cancellation, contact us immediately at:

Please include:

  • Order number

  • Full name used at checkout

We cannot guarantee cancellations if the request is made after the 2-hour window.

Duplicate or Accidental Orders
If you placed a duplicate or accidental order, contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to cancel it before processing, but cannot guarantee changes once production begins.

Refused or Returned Orders
Orders that are refused at delivery or returned due to an incorrect address will not be eligible for cancellation or refund.
